What is your return policy?
OUR RETURN POLICY
A return MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item via your tracking number (UPS or USPS) and MUST be approved. Please use the contact form below.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Jewelry, Accessories, Food, Beauty, Preorders, Mystery Items, Sale Items, Discounted Items and Items bought using SITEWIDE coupons are all FINAL SALE.
All items approved for return must be unwashed, unworn, free of pet hair, dirt, and smoke. All tags must be attached. If items are returned with traces of any of these issues, we will return them directly to you at your expense of the $8.95 shipping charge.
We will NOT accept any returns without prior email approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping returns is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Holly Street Home is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.
All approved returns that meet the criteria will be given a HSH STORE CREDIT ONLY. You will be emailed when your return is processed so make sure your email address on file is up-to-date.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed before sending a follow-up email.
